I understand that you need to do a couple intro quests within Shatt to chose either the Aldor or Scryers. I currently do not have this quest and cannot find where you get it. I understand the intro quests are A'dal and then city of light. I know ive done A'dal, not sure if ive done city of light though. Either way both quests start at Kagdar in Shatt and he curretly has no quests for me. Do not know where to go for this.
Look for the Haggard War Veteran in Shattrath (I think I saw him hanging around the entrance to the city from Terokkar Forest, But I could be wrong). I was level 65 when I picked up the quest, though I think it can be acquired as low as 60, maybe even 58.
Haggard War Veteran is the NPC that starts the quest. You can find him at the northern Shattrath City bridge that leads to Terokkar Forest. Note that you need to be at least level 60 to take the quest.
Had same issue cuz Haggard War Veteran quest didnt show on the map , but its there and u should go talk with the guy just google his position.
You can't see the quest marker if you are 70 fyi. He walks on the north bridge leading out of Shat. All you do is take that quest, talk to khadgar, then follow the minion around for 30-5000 mins.
