The problems with battlegrounds

Please make once you enter battleground all other queues to go away, because people skip battlegrounds this way!

Also please look into the AB/EoT timer. Horde are 5/4 capping and winning before the timer end. This should not be possible. Looks like the timer is starting when the gates open. Is that correct?
