No Gms on the outland realm?!

I`ve been waiting for someone to answer my ticket for like 2 hours and it always says that "wait time is currently unaviable".

There is a mob in outland that gets spawned by the quest "To cattch a thistlehead".

It has around 300k hp and for some reason it does not dispawn after it has been spawned thus making the quest undoable.

If you would not mind i`d be really greatful if i got some assistance and all the people that are waiting for so long.

Even if it dispawns it still says that the item i have to use is "already in use" which makes the quest mob unspwannable.

It's not hard to understand why it takes so long (which, imo, 2 hours are nothing) .
There are 15.000 people online. This is not retail with hundreds of GMs.

This is correct.


Regarding your issue, it's a bug and should be reported on our bug tracker. GMs can't do anything about it.

When you kill the mob and use the item, the elite and the quest mob spawn but the quest mob is attackable which removes the roleplay that should be there and bugs it out. I dont have time to report it on the bug tracker so if anyone that has issues with the bug feel free to report it insted of me. Im done with the quest.

You had time to write it here, but not on bug tracker? Interesting.
