Hacked

Yeah, I could really use some help. Spent time gearing and leveling my character to 70 gold An items in bank, name WAS bluntly. I got hacked tonight and someone deleted my character, I did not give my acc info to anyone idk what happened, emailed 3-4 times about my email being changed and password got no response. Could use some help please and thank you.
