Can choose Race and look on the faction change page

Anyone else experiencing this issue? I can't select anything exept the "SELECT CHARACTER"

same its been like this for me for a week

i think you need to make an alliance character, that can support the class you are transfering, and make it look how you want etc in game and then do the transfer
