Cant faction change, did free transfer close ?

Cant faction change says character select and none of my chars appear

Just to confirm, you are trying to transfer a character from Horde to Alliance?

Appearantly i found out

You have to created an alliance character with the appearance/race/gender you want to change into

Then you can select that character in the dropdown menu and you can change your main into that

It would've been nice if that explained in the faction change menu

Alright, I got a reply of why this is happening. Since Burning Crusade didn't have Recustomization you have to create a new character of a race compatible with the class of your Horde character, setting gender and appearance as you want it to have, and that's used on the transferred character. So, create a level 1 character (of a race that can be the same class) with the appearance you want and then try transferring.
