I use dual spec in site.Primary talent spec is enchantment shaman and respec to resto.Everything was fine.Than swich back to encha and cant use dual wield.Talent tree is fine.Somekind of error?Sorry for bad english

Just got exactly the same error!
Been speccing back and forth between Enhancement and Resto - and it's been working fine.
However now I just changed to Enhancement to do some farming, and now I can't use dual wield...
Talents are all set and fine. Same gear as - nothing's changed.
OMG I dont know about dual spec anything ! Somebody can give me URL to read about it??
