Netherwing Rep reset? TBC

Come online and see a message in my mailbox and my Netherwing rep is reset from exalted to neutral...???

Same, although I was only friendly, was wondering why this happened.

Basically, from the information I have, the dynamic respawn system was affecting something it shouldn't, allowing people to increase their reputation by exploiting that and growing way faster than they were supposed to, so it was all reset.
