its nice for me because now i can go do the quests i was procrastinating doing and spend the money on something else.

Cmon.. Stop crying about the mfakin refunds.. And yes. i paid my mounts already few days ago. Im not crying about it because i think this balance in open world is 200x more worth than that mount.. You can refarm ur gold if u did it already once. Or you can go level another chara if you insist having them and get them on it.
The perks are there to encourage new players to join alliance...
