Reputation gain bugged?

Hello,

Is there any chance the Reputation gain is too high?
I turned in one of thoe RFC Quests (Returning the lost Satchel) and it gave me +712 rep with Thunderbluff. Now, according to WoWwiki this quest should only reward you with 500+rep.
I noticed that with quite a lot of quests. Not sure if its a bug or some feature in TBC so im posting this here instead of the Bugtracker.

It might be, as some other issues, the configurations from Outland being copied to Medivh when it was created.
Maybe they should take a look at it and tune it down accordingly if needed.
