Good active times for NA and alliance?

New member excited to play, curious as to what times you would all say Medivh is most active on NA times/alliance viability for pvp/raids/ect?

First welcome, I currently play cst alliance. I was say the most active time is morning and early afternoon for larger groups. I am currently in stv. I think it's mainly due to the large number of EU players that the server has. But I am still able to get group quest done and run duegons will I to the night and at all times. The pvp is moderate. I think at my current lol being 38 most of us are just grinding to 70 and not interested in world pvp. But there are a few ganks here and there nothing that has really stopped me from playing.
