Character purchase problem

I have recently sold all my characters and I have 169 coins after I was trying to buy another 70 character and coins does appear on my account can you fix this... I cant wait 3 days to play because I don have any more characters...
I keep getting message: You do not have enough non locked coins to purchase this sale, try again in 72 hours.

There's nothing to be fixed. As the message says, you only have coins that are locked for being traded recently.
