I am stuck in the lost isles and I need someone to get me out summoning is not working at all

fanf3 lost isles is an exception which has been happening for ages, including on blizzard servers - in fact, it serves as an exception handler; and, as it resets hs location, unstuck from site will not help either. Chances are class spells & .unstuck command (later - potion of deepholm); or a gm. (and hs location must be reset asap)

transfer to other faction and back - you get put it your faction's home city iirc

Create a ticket? idk if that's a thing in your realm, but I find game moderators responding within a few hours if not less(depending on the scope of your request afaik).
