I have read a little about dual specs on Outland. How does it work? Where do I use it?

Select Outland, select your character. Leave it on Coins or Points(it doesn't matter, nor does it use either of them), select Dual Specialization.
Next, it will give you the option of Primary or Secondary, if purchasing dual spec select secondary then in the second box click on activate. It has a one time fee of 100g, uou must be completely offline, not on character screen.
Any future switches are free, you can also reset your specs for free but must still be made while offline. If you log off it may take about 1 minute for it to register that you are offline.
