I tried to go to my game character and saw an inscription in the game client that he was temporarily banned. I also tried to log into the game with the accounts of my two friends and saw a similar inscription. Then I went to the private offices of these accounts on your site. There I saw on each account that they were banned for advertising.
Every Internet user in Belarus has a dynamic IP, which changes when the modem is rebooted (on / off). I turned off / turned on my modem and was able to go to my character in the game. BUT the problem in the personal account on your site has remained with all accounts.

This situation occurred due to a random error when I received a banned IP, I hope for its speedy resolution.
The resulting ban is a mistake due to the fact that I accidentally received a banned ip from my IP. In my country all regular users get a dynamic IP. And in fact, I received a ban only in the personal cabinet of your site. After all, I can continue to play on the character, but I can not use the services of your site. I hope you will help me in this situation.
