Cant open a post on bugtracker because Your description contained illegal symbol

Tried to apply a bug to the bugtracker but I just kept on getting blocked because of illegal symbols. This is the post:
The Problem
I abandoned the quest Mission Possible But Not Probable some time ago because of full quest log When I abandoned the quest I also deleted the item Flare gun and Fizzules Whistle both items neccesary to be able to talk to fizzle Now I cant talk to him again because he is a red NPC the salute command does not work and I cant continue the poison quest

How it should work
I should be able to retake the quest or get the flaregun and whistle by the mob Shenthul in cleft of shadows OG He doesnt give you a chance to get your items back

How to reproduce
Make Shenthul give you the items if you lost them or send them to my character Roffeltoffel or make sure that rogues can get hold of the item even if they delete them

I removed every . or , no punktations at all, still it wont go through. Why?! What charakter am I missing?
