Paymend decline

Im can complete transaction. After enter code from sms system show message - Operation cannot complete.
Im pay for another account and have no problem. But for this account im do sove trys to compelte operation today and yesterday. And no result.
Can someone help me with this problem. May be administration can do it.

got the same but problem but with bankaccount =/

Im try pay from another card with same result. Im think problem on payment wall or more probable on warmane side.
