Missing Item Sets From Reputation Vendors?

After doing some research, I believe there are several sets missing from a handful of reputation vendors , at least on the Alliance side of Outland. These are the Rare PvP sets designed for fresh 70 characters.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or can we get these sets added to the game?

I believe these are missing on purpose, as they came with a later patch.

Bcs server at this time runing at lower patch than 2.4.3 Sets for reputations coming later. Its progressive realm. Now is T4 age ;-)

agree, yeasterday i see some peaces at HH vendor, today it desapear
i ask other player to see gear for their class, but they doesnt see them too
