I've been farming this shield since I was 2.5k gs, now I'm 5.5k and this shield hasn't dropped once. Did they remove it or it's just a very low drop rate?
P.S.: I'm still stuck with Zom's Crackling Bulwark so I crie. :'(

it does drop, it isn't super common tho i know ppl who been farming it for over a week w/o getting it, also make sure u are not doing FoS in HC mode cuz the shield only drops from normal
