Both of my accounts have been banned for advertising

I have never been so confused in my life. I never advertised anything. What the actual... I log in one morning and bam 3 month ban. I dont understand where this came from. Why would I donate 100+ euros, level 5 level 80s on lord and then get myself banned for advertising?? 1 year of playing warmane but this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. The only thing i advertised is my own guild. GM please check into this, dont make me quit after all my work that i have put in this.. I wont wait 3 months to play again :/ I have zero clue why this happened..

And no, the ban appeal doesnt work, it doesnt give me the option to appeal.

Also, if you do decide to unban me, i want to know why this happened so i can prevent this. Do i have some kind of virus that advertizes? lol. I have 2 factor authentication on both accounts so i dont think i got hacked overnight. I have zero idea. Another thought is somebody must really hate me and falsely reported me for advertising to get me banned. Check into that please.

She is literally the only person in this game that would use global or any kind of trade chat ONLY to present our guild and recruit new people. She has never ever advertised anything. The whole guild is waiting for an answer to your act towards her, whether is fair, if so give us the reason.
Other than that I'm waiting for her to be back online by tonight. So do your thing and don't ban unfairly people, thank you.
( And no this is not staff disrespect, but it's a disrespecting staff towards us. Leave me speak my mind in the least offending way I can find. )

she didnt advertise anything ever. gms should be careful and ban the ppl that deserve it. you wake up and find out that you'r banned for doing absolutely nothing/ wtf is this?

I wasnt hacked aswell, i checked my IP logs, it seems it was only me. I went to sleep in 4 AM and in 9 AM i was banned. unless its some super neaky hackers that cracked both my accs and emails i dont think its that

If you can not make a ban appeal on website, you probably got an IP address that was banned. So it was not your account that was involved in advertising.
