Is this macro legit?

I found a macro which automatically summon your mount after closing the loot tab (mob, boxes, anything) but I saw you had to /reload to turn it off, is this legal here?

Pretty much any macro or script you can possibly come up with in-game is legit, player-made macros and scripts can only access a part of all the functions/commands, which are considered legal. What you basically have is a very rudimentary addon that needs to be started manually.
