hey guys, im kinda noob in the WoW scene but i was wondering how to get a undead horse on a blood elf? any tips or ideas please let me know.

Raise your reputation with forsaken to exalted then go to brill (a town outside of undercity)

and how do i raise my reputation, with missions?

There is a Reputation npc in all capitals, you hand him stacks of cloth in return for reputation.
