Coin purchasing?!!!!!

I keep getting a error message in the store when I go to buy coins that says "Marketplace is not currently available on Outland"

I wanna get a new character....any help

Yes, Marketplace is not currently available on Outland.

If you want to buy a new character, then you will have to go to the "Trade" section tab, not "Marketplace".
