Dual account used for powerlevel, legal or not?

Hi Mr GMs and dear players.

I am wondering if its legal to use my main character from my main account to power level my alt in my alt account. My alt is still lvl 1 and i wont start before having you awnser.

It will be 100% manual (window to window) no botting or maccro use of any kind and no pvp will be made also.

Im asking to keep my accounts safe from any threat related to bans.

Its been stated that this is allowed as long as you keep your low level character in appropriate zone.You can even dual box if you know how to maek it easier.
