I'm making a forum post because I cannot open a ticket to appeal my ban. I never play this account and generally (read: Never) do not do things against the terms of service so I'm genuinely confused as to when/why/how I was banned.

If you are not able to open a ticket on website you may try to contact [email protected]

Unfortunately, that doesn't give me much to go on. For what its worth, when I try to appeal the ban under ban appeals it still tells me that the ban doesn't exist.
Update: I just logged the account in game successfully and collected vote points. I think the ban is merely a visual bug rather than legitimate/authentic ban ,but I'd still like to have it fixed.
This actually means that you're currently using an IP that is within a banned IP range. You'll need to remove yourself from this IP range in order to use the website. If you're using a VPN - don't.Quote:

If you're using a VPN or a local hotspot, stop using them. If you're using a static IP at home, you'll need to call your ISP and request a new IP.
Lady Gm, I can not do ban appeal
I caught ban for trying to sell another account of mine, did not know that this led to BAN
I helped the server many times with "Coins"
And I do not think it's fair that I did not have a PREVIEW
