May have created a black hole?

I purchased a name change for one of my toons.

Then proceeded to buy something from the trade system.

It was sent to the old name.

If any admin can assist me on this it would be greatly appreciated!

The name change should not affect this at all, since these sort of things are based on character id, not character name. Anyway, go take a look at your mailbox again, it's possible that your item was delayed for a few minutes.
