Title, finally got my JC up to 350 to cut actually valuable gems but all the BoE good ones are "world drops" yet I haven't seen one drop in my 10 days /played here.
Has anyone gotten any luck anywhere, and if so, where?

nowhere, they are non existent. Only a very few people got them and i assume they bought them at the AH for 4k+
There are 56 rare recipes (boe) between jc, encha, alchemy etc.
Every mob got a 1/10 000 chance to drop one of these 56 recipes. So if u want for example the agility socket recipe you got 1/ 560 000 to get it.
Insane if warmane won't change it, good luck.
Chance should be way higher in heroic dungeons... I'll try to find sources.Quote:
