I was very sad for my account has been suspended, because Advertising.
I promise I didn't advertise any time.
I admit I use VPN, because if I do not use VPN, my ping maybe 1200MS it too high.
Now I can not change spec , I asked GM to help me unsuspended my account thank you very much.

You don't appeal on the forums. There is an option under your account tab in the website where you create a Ban Appeal Ticket. It is there, that you need convince support that you regret what you did.
