Buying coins not working?

I have recently joined the warmane set up. And have tried to donate in order to get instant queues. When I have completed the donation, the page is refreshed and takes me back to the initial donation page. There is no error message, no confirmation message - nothing. I have donated with a debit and credit card to see if that was the problem, but I get the same lack of response.

It does say there can be a 30min delay in the coins showing up - but this has been nearly 24 hours now. I have also checked my bank account and nothing has shown up yet, but this can also take time.

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Do you normally receive confirmation of your donation if successful straight away?
