Donated twice, charged twice, only received coins for 1 donation.

I donated for 10 coins two times, have 2 charges on my account - but only received 10 coins today.

Soometimes it take a time to process. Either the coins will be delivered or the money refunded. We never take it for nothing.

i've been trying to donate for 2 weeks now, im using Visa and every time i try to donate it says something like ''Your transaction didn't go trough'' i just want to play on your Tbc server but im not able to get through the queue, please help me
