I'm just thinking with the low pop, that BG's are going to be awful on Medivh. Would cross-realm BG's with Outlands be possible/wanted? I don't want to miss out on AV also

No, but dual talent specialization would add incentive towards having a dedicated PvP spec without having to pay 50 gold every time you'd want to queue for a BG/arena and thus increase the PvP activity on Medivh.Quote:
