For the love of god turn off chat restrict in BGs

I understand the anti-spamming rules and that they have to exist, but can we PLEASE get them turned off in BGs? BGs require constant communication to succeed, and getting chat restricted while you're trying to call incs is infuriating, and can cost games for no good reason. Even if the rules can't be taken out completely, reducing the penalty would be huge. a full minute is an eternity in a battleground. reducing it to 10s would be enough to counter spam but not so much that it can cost games.

would be nice to see this applied to ALL realms not just TBC. only on BG's tho.
