You cannot use that item, Can't donate for The Horseman's Reins

So, I donated, got to 68 coins, and tried to buy The horseman's reins, and it says "You cannot use that item" Tried everything.. it's not working.

I even opened up Google Chrome and tried from that browser and it still isn't working either. Can you please fix this?

Will be sorted relatively soon, it's to do with some requirements from before that weren't quite lifted.
