MMR System on Icecrown realm

Hello everyone, as anyone that plays arenas on Icecrown we know that there's a huge flaw in the MMR system. Currently the rating you receiving for winning a game at a higher mmr is no different if you're under 1000 rating. Also small difference after 1000 rating. What I want to suggest is that we implement the mmr system from Blackrock on Icecrown. Currently if you play arenas and your mmr is 2.5k and you start a new team for whatever reason, you will have to play at 2.5k mmr and get +48 per game ( Saying there's even que ). Even tho you're facing 2.5k or close to that mmr teams you get the same rating as you would with facing 1.5k teams thus making people drop MMR when making new teams. On blackrock if you play at 2.5k mmr within 20 games you could be 2k rating. This doesn't break anything we currently have and I think it would benefit us all.
