Hi.. I just looted a green winter hat (and got really excited) from a Fen creeper in Wetlands, but it just disappeared after I accepted the soulbound popup.. :/ Is this supposed to happen?

Its bugged. That should be "removed" from loot since its only supposed to drop during winter veil world event. And since warmane staff can't fix anything, it just drops but you cant loot the item. Don't worry, in december you will be able to loot it.
