locked coins 72 hours?

hellloi just sold a 70 of mine but says i got the coins but its locked so i cant buy a new 70 yet? when will they be unlocked?

They are unlocked 72 hours after you get them (that's 3 days). Until then you can only spend them in store and on services (like level up, recustomization and so forth).
