How long does it take to refund someone?

Hi, I have request refund on my item, however still no response from the staff for 13 hours.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes to refund someone?

Usually it takes 24 hours but can take bit more on weekends.Be patient.Time stamp is there so no worries,as long as you reported misbuy /refund in time allocated within rules you are ok.
