I'm having difficulty seeing certain members on my Omen meter, think it has something to do with version incompatibilities? I'm using the r90000 version which is the latest one for 2.4.3 i believe. But some people are not able to be seen on my omen?

Had the same issue, people not showing up. I switched to Diamond Threat Meters 1.60, works great.
make sure to run /script CombatLogClearEntries() every time you enter a dungeon group/raid to reset your omen so people will see you
pretty sure they need to have omen also for them to show up
