You use Wolfshead Helm for PvE, and Tier 4 helmet for PvP.Quote:

If you want to pve as cat you gonna have to be competitive vs other pure dps (you can make a little less since you bring hybrid (off tank, innerv heal, Brez, but dont get a big gap with others).

PS: second profession for feral is LW from drum and some stuff you can craft, you will have to herb and skinning on reroll (i advice you a hunter as farmer)
