Does anyone know what the "reset" option does in the dual spec window? Does it just reset talents for that spec? Does it charge you gold?

it should charge u gold, but atm its free it seems or atleast last time i checked
it does however reset some spells ranks. see this bug report: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/51615
