Just been told yesterday that 10 arenas where you join and leave after arena starts (for points obviously), is considered win trading and can be banned. Is that true?

Just been told yesterday that 10 arenas where you join and leave after arena starts (for points obviously), is considered win trading and can be banned. Is that true?
Not really. Wintrading is that both sides agree to win/lose arena to gain something, same is in terms or bg's, achievements etc. However, by leaving arena like that you won't be able to get titles.
