Snatch annd grab : how can i achieve this?

many tries at lvl 11 and always dead. Impossible with 2 lvl of stealth to enter the house of that goblin without having a gang of 3 lvl 10 defias attacking me along with the goblin, killing my character. Tried outside : same result. If i remember, on official vanilla server i succeeded when goblin dock master was outside on the wharf. But on Medivh server no way? I feel frustrated... Any clue ? [operation mode : i tried stealth to pick pocket of mob, while sap made my character out of stealth... then death]

For anyone who interested how to complete this quest by low level rogue. You just need to kill quest mob as soon as you can and quest item will drop off. I've finished it by 11 lvl with using Evasion.
