Druid off-hand

Can i use an off-hand weapon as a druid? I have a fist weapon that gives me everything i need for my feral but it says i don't know how to use the off-hand. Is there a trainer or something who can teach me?

As far as I know druids are not able to dual wield weapons at all. They can use a fist weapon + held-in-offhand item, but not a second weapon.

whatever it is you're better off with a polearm/staff. Ditch the fist crap.

You're not supposed to use one-handed weapons as Feral. Any same-level agility staff or polearm will give you more stats. I'm guessing you have the fist from FoS Hc. In that case, just get the staff from FoS Nm or the 2H mace from the Quel'Delar chain.

Unfortunately all of the druid specific weapons (such as http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=22988) lost all their bonus attack power with the introduction of wrath. Back in Vanilla, most feral druids rolled with http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=13385 as the primary offhand and perhaps also http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=17067 for the on-use summon.

Now, your best bet in-terms of damage would be to go for http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=22798 in terms of pure dps (or http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=22632 which is not far behind and would also double as the best weapon for your resto spec), however those 2 are only obtainable through the coin-shop.
Your easiest to obtain option would be to go for one of the High Warlord 2-handers.

Couldn't have been a better answer. Now that I think of it I also believe the proc for the first two weapons I linked wouldn't occur due to the fact that in bear form, you're not technically attacking with the weapon itself.

It would occur (though you can't wear both, so it's a moot point). On hit procs were changed to work with druid shapeshift forms in WotLK. Prior to that you would have been correct.
