Latency spikes

Has anyone experienced latency spikes when there is a large amount of enemy players nearby? I have this issue only when in AV or Isle of Conquest when the two sides meet up. It can shoot up to 10k ms if I stay around a large enemy group, resulting in epic delay. Only way to reset the latency is to restart the game. I've tried disabling all addons and that hasn't helped. I have to stress that the game is completely smooth and normal latency at any other time.

There might be something we can do, first I want you to update drivers of your PC. Verify that every piece of hardware dealing with the acceptance of data is up to date. Modems, Ethernet cards, and routers all require either drivers or firmware to make them run. As technology advances to push data faster and easier through the same amount of space, drivers must be updated from the manufacturer to keep the hardware up to date.
You can also use this to see your internet speed and let me know the results. You might want to also restart your router to see how game reacts.

Drivers are all up to date (including firmware on modem/router) and I'm getting speeds of 7mbps+ even during the spikes. Pinging international websites when the spike is happening also shows normal latency.

What gets me is that it's all great & smooth in all other bg's and outside of bg's, but as soon as i make contact with a big group of enemy players, the latency spikes and just keeps climbing.

I would like for you to hit "Default settings" on Video part, see how your game reacts then in big groups. You can also try to disable firewall etc, or flush your DNS. There is however other way.
-Fully scan your PC from Viruses, Malware and Spyware (I use Avast)
-Latency Optimizer 3.0 (This app has many tools, might be confusing at first)
-Sophos Root kit scanner (Deletes Root kits)
- HijackThis (gets rid of BHOs)
-CCleaner (Cleans registry)
- Latrix

Try to download these apps and see if any of them help (Just in case) Try first to go for Latency Optimizer tho.

I'm not sure if this has been fixed and I apologize for bringing this one on another persons thread but I experience the same thing. When I'm in raids it lags but outside raids it's okay. It just happened last weekend as well when I was raiding 25.

I already tried Justmarried's suggestions but nothing happened. I even tried setting the effects to the lowest but I still get input lag (not screen lag). Running on 20mbps 7ping. This only happen in Warmane and not on other MMO's.

Hope someone can help.
