Missing totem items from bag + nobody responds at tickets

Hi!
I bought a shaman from the Warmane's trade system and I found the bags/bank empty.
I need the totem items. The quests for them seems to be done.
I wrote an in game ticket to ask a GM to help me solve this problems and nobody answer the whole day.

I wrote this topic to get the GM attention and solve my problem.
