Old WoW player (I always play TBC) I need answers to a question

Hello everyone my question is quite simple, although it carries its respective argument. WoLK or TBC?

Off: Transferring characters from eg (Outland) to (Icecrown) is free?

You cannot transfer characters between expansions.

Regarding your first question, it depends entirely on what you want and how you want to play the game. I have done everything WotLK has to offer and I haven't done TBC PvE, so that's why I chose TBC.

Thanks for the reply I had no idea that I could not transfer between expasiones the character. Now returning to the main question, I would like to be a casual player, get to end game and go get the tier by a little and play PvP as much as possible. TBC seems faster to reach end-game as far as I can see, but WoLK has a system of achievements, and you can sign up for BG through distance. Any advice? I want to play an expasion and I am very indecisive!
