Hi there and yes people run them all the time, you can see in global chat (It's actually quite spammed) that people are searching for lads to join raids, rdf or some specific dungeons.
Ok thank you, one more question. As for the shop, is everything obtainable from in-game still or do you have to buy it?
Yes you can get all items in-game including legendary weapons.
