Hey,
I quit playing over a year ago and today I was considering to come back & play but I saw my account was banned (due to suspicious activity as the message state)
any idea whats going on? was there a massive banning to many old inactive accounts ?
is there a way to unban my account ? (There is no way I did something illegal with my account since I havent logged in for more than a year)

Have you gotten any emails that someone tried to log your account? Sometimes when someone is trying to get your account, it gets suspended. So for that you can read here

Unfortunately I get this message when I try to open a ticket - "The selected ban is not valid, try again."
And the reason is that on the ban appeal ticket opening I cannot selected the existing ban
The message I get on my account is this - "Your account has been suspended for due to Suspicious activity - rb"
Then you must send email and your account will be unbanned.
