Orc bm hunter will put u through most of t4 and half of t5 content on the top of the dps meters. In 25man raids it will be possible if u have a viable raid setup including feral + enh + curse of recklessness on boss.

Otherwise in most cases good geared orc warlock will be on top of the dps list. You need around 1100 spd self (with fel armor) , about 21-22% crit chance to start with and hitcap ofc. With boomkin and elem in your grp you will get a neat 30% crit chance and thats a hard cookie to deal with as a hunter.
