Ineligible to sell charcters

I have done the two factor authentication and waited over 3 days, but i am still not eligible to sell characters for coins on the website. Also I have tried dozens of times to make a donation but it will also not let me do that, and i have confirmed that my card is eligible to make payments. So I'm not sure why I am ineligible to do these things .

You must contact Paymentwall to sort out your donation issue, or use a different method (like Paysafe and so on, you get the list of available options in your country). Only premium accounts are legible for the trade feature, so you gotta donate first.
